I love the Trinity Masters series. The premise is that from the beginning of the U.S., a secret society was formed of the greatest minds in science, government, finance and the arts. They watched over those in school and chose those who could contribute to the betterment of the U.S., offering them help to achieve their successes and goals. They would owe the Trinity Masters the agreement to come when called to be part of an arranged marriage with 2 other members to form a triad for life. Dani is a stem cell research scientist, Gunnar is an FBI agent and Price is a billionaire owner of a Security firm. Dani's research has drawn the ire of a psychopath who is out ton do her harm and her husbands are worried for her safety. Will they succeed in keeping her safe? Will they catch her stalker? I loved Deni, Price, and Gunner. Deni was so quirky and lovable and smart. I love this series concept. Three people brought together to help form a powerful threesome. Well written and great characters. Highly recommend this series.
Suspense, intrigue and Price Bennett...yikes! Price, Deni and Gunner are so hot together and that last scene of the three of them together was a three alarm fire. I'm absolutely loving this series.
Three people can bring a lot to the table. The masters Know what they are doing when bringing couples together. Every couple is part of what needs to be do to keep everyone safe. So far I have really liked all the books. Can't wait to see what happens to the next couple to be called in.
hot and sexy and what a great storyline with a secret society . I loved the first book and this one was even better. It was very similar I thought. I wish that there was more to it ... It feels like a quick look into something that has such wonderful potential. I don't think I'll buy the next book but i will watch to see if the full collection ever comes out I think it's awesome that at the end of these books you get a sneak peek into the next story... I just love that !
Price is one of the Grand Masters council and is sending him to bring a scientist(Demi) to bring her to her bonding ceremony. While he's not happy that he's being sent to retrieve her , her best friend shows up( Gunner) , they hug and tells her they won't be able to have dinner and leaves. After Price brings her to the room to get ready for the ceremony, he finds out he's one of the Trinity for the ceremony and so is her bf. Oh yea every marriage is 3 in the Trinity Masters !!!!!! And to top is off she's a virgin an someone it trying to kill her.
Very Brief Synopsis - The premise of the world within The Trinity Masters is arranged marriages between strangers for the betterment of the United States. Deni is a scientist who works on stem cell research. Her mates are an FBI agent, Gunner, and a billionaire security specialist, Price. Deni's research has infuriated a maniac who is determined to bring an end to her work.
What worked - I liked the characters a lot. Deni is a geeky virgin who has devoted her life to science and her work. She and Gunner have a friendship already, though neither is aware the other is also a member of The Trinity Masters. Gunner is open and cheerful, but has a definite alpha side. Price is all alpha, all the time, but has kind of a poor little rich boy vibe. When he first meets his mates, he's angry that there is another male, and having delivered Deni to her appointment with the Grand Master, he's decided Deni is a hot mess, and not what he had hoped for in a mate.
The relationship was very hawt, as Deni is a willing pupil to the much more experienced males. Gunner is thrilled to be paired with Deni, as he had a thing for her he was unwilling to pursue due to his commitment to TTM. Deni feels the same way about Gunner, and soon about Price, as well.
What didn't work as well - Several things are plaguing me about this series. Keeping in mind these are SHORT books, I still can't help but wish for a little more fleshing out of the mythology surrounding TMM. How are they so influential? How do they make money, as several of the members we have met so far are not wealthy? What future do they envision for the particular trio? Are the two men there to keep Deni safe? Is there purpose fulfilled now that they have averted the danger Deni was in?
Also, the members are tasked with staying under the radar, and so, don't want to advertise their triad. So far, in both books, the trio has decided on a "public" couple face, leaving one member sitting on the sidelines. Especially in Price's case, I felt so bad for him. He seems so lonely and closed off at first. For perpetuity, he will be denied public acknowledgement of his worthiness as a mate. I know that sounds archaic, but realistically, it's human nature to be proud of the fact that someone has chosen you to love. Price will never have that satisfaction. Made me a little sad.
Bottom line - Time and money well spent. The story is interesting, the writing is crisp and the love scenes are on fire. There is a very light M/M moment, which seemed completely appropriate. Personally, I think menage works better fictionally if the participants are open minded about their sexuality. I have already purchased Scorching Desire. I just hope we get more background on The Trinity Masters as the series evolves.
I am having a Trinity Masters Marathon. YES! This books are so good that you start reading one and you are sucked into reading the next one and the next one. They are each stand alone books BUT they are all based on the same idea.
It is based on the idea that there is a group of people in all walks of line in the world that run our governments, medicals, university etc that are recruited based on what all they can do IQ is not the only thing. At some point the Grand Master will call them and they will be matched up always in a triad. An arranged marriage of sorts...You can always say NO to your arrangement but then you loose everything you have received up to that point so.....
In Primal Passion we get to know 2 very alpha males Price and Gunner and their third is Deni. There is so much heat in this book! Deni very shy and innocent and then we have Price a CEO and Gunner a FBI agent both who are head strong and ALPHA! This book heats heats heats as we watch them all get to know each other and find their way in their triad.
Each book more layers of the Grand Master and the organization are peeled back for us to see what is going on and how it all works. I love reading this series and this is the second time for this book. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERIES! They can not write books fast enough for me!
